You're already paying for Copilot. Is anyone using it?

Who it's for

Practices and small organizations on Microsoft 365 — a dental or medical office, a fire district, a professional firm — anywhere from five seats to a couple of hundred, where nobody has the title "IT director" and somebody still has to decide what the team may do with AI.

What happens

We spend thirty minutes looking at your tenant together — licences, the apps people actually live in, how your data is organised, and what your team is already trying to do with AI on their own.

You do not need to prepare anything. You do not need to give us admin access.

What you get

One page, plain language, within two business days:

  1. 01

What you're licensed for and not using

Copilot, and the parts of Microsoft 365 already paid for that would carry it.

  2. 02

Where AI is safe with your data, and where it isn't

Drawn as a line, not a lecture. For a practice that means: what stays inside your Microsoft tenant, and what never goes into a consumer chatbot.

  3. 03

The three uses to start with

The ones that give the most time back first for your kind of office, in the order to try them.

  4. 04

The one governance gap to close before anything else

The setting, policy or habit that would embarrass you in an audit or a breach.

What it isn't

It is not a free engagement. We do not fix anything during the session, and there is no pitch at the end — you get the page whether or not we ever speak again. If the page says you need nothing, it says so.

Two honest lines, up front

Said before you ask

Consumer AI plans — Claude.ai Free, Pro, Max and Team included — are not HIPAA-compliant, and we will not pretend otherwise. Copilot inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant is where patient-adjacent work belongs, and even there some uses stay off the table. Knowing which is most of the value of the check.

For fire and EMS

If your department is on GCC

For a department on GCC the first question is what your tenant is actually licensed for, because the answer is different from the commercial cloud and most quotes assume it isn't. The page tells you what you have, what CJIS lets you do with it, and the first three uses that give officers and admin staff time back without touching a record you'd have to disclose.

Four a week is all I can run properly, and I run them myself. This month's slots go to the practices that ask first.
