ITMedicYour Technology First Responders Already on Copilot?
BetaYou're one of the first people to try this. Answer as you would for real, then tell Ted what we got wrong.

Your team's week is full. Where should AI go first?

Answer ten quick questions, all taps, about three minutes. You get a written AI Impact Plan back: what to try first, what to leave alone, where AI is safe with your data, and in what order. Free, and no call needed.

My agent team drafts every plan from your answers. I read it, fix what's wrong and sign it before it reaches you. Ted Green, ITMedic

Nothing to prepare, no admin access. Please leave out patient, case and personal details.

"Dana, you told us insurance paperwork and the morning phone rush eat most of Kestrel Valley Dental's week, and that your biggest worry is patient details ending up in a chatbot. So this plan starts with that line, hands one job to the Copilot you already pay for, and names two things I'd leave alone until spring."

Zones in your plan

Each zone is rated at Ted's review, not by this form.

Built from your answers. Nothing here inspects your systems.

How it works

  1. Answer ten questions

Your organization, what you already pay for, the jobs that eat your week, what you've tried and what worries you. Taps, not essays.

  2. See your snapshot straight away

The moment you send it, you see what your plan will cover and the line your data shouldn't cross.

  3. Get your signed plan

A few pages in plain language, dated and signed, as a PDF by email from me within two business days. It ends with one offer: book thirty minutes with me on Teams to walk through it. The plan is yours either way.

What your plan covers

  • The short versionThree moves, in order, so you know what to do on Monday.
  • Where your week goesYour answers placed on the seven zones every organization runs, each rated at review: fix first, watch, or working.
  • Where AI is safe with your data, and where it isn'tDrawn as a line, not a lecture: what stays inside your Microsoft tenant, and what never goes into a consumer chatbot.
  • Three uses to start withEach with its limits stated first, whether to buy, build or wait, and which of the tools you already pay for carries it.
  • Findable by AIWhat three AI assistants say about you today, and the fixes in order.
  • The one gap to close firstThe setting, policy or habit that would embarrass you in an audit or a breach.
  • The first ninety days, in the right orderMeasure before you change anything, so any gain shows up in your own numbers.
  • What to leave alone for nowThe tools and uses that can wait, and the sign that it's time to stop something.

For fire, EMS and public agencies

Agencies run the same seven zones under their own names: the board is your Sales, and every CPR class and station tour is your Lead Generation. Your plan speaks in capacity recovered, never headcount. If you're on GCC, it starts from what your tenant is actually licensed for, draws the CJIS line, and keeps every recommendation away from records you'd have to disclose.

Your website isn't the only front door anymore

People now ask AI assistants for a business near them, and increasingly buy without opening the business's own site. In BrightLocal's 2026 survey of US consumers, 45% said they had used ChatGPT or another AI tool for local recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Google's AI Mode are all adding ways to buy inside the conversation.

If an assistant can't read your hours, services and booking link, it answers with whatever it can find. For an agency, that's the resident asking about a burn permit or a records request.

So every plan includes a dated check of what three AI assistants say about you today, and the fixes in order. We publish our own live information this way: as structured data, and through a read-only connection AI assistants can query.

"Who near me does what we do?"The question we ask on your behalf, in Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini, before your plan is written.

Said before you ask

It's a prototype

It's built from your answers. We haven't looked at your systems, licensing or data, and the plan says so wherever it matters.

Drafted with AI, signed by a person

My agent team drafts it with Anthropic's Claude. I review and sign every plan before it's sent, and I write part of it myself.

It isn't a free engagement

We don't fix anything, there are no prices in it, and there's no pitch at the end. If the plan says you need nothing, it says so.

Consumer AI is not where patient data goes

Consumer AI plans — Claude.ai Free, Pro, Max and Team included — are not HIPAA-compliant, and we will not pretend otherwise. Your plan draws that line for your office.

Who gets a written plan

Everyone gets the snapshot on screen. I write full plans for organizations ready to start within the year. If that isn't you yet, you'll get a short note and one useful read instead.

One follow-up, then quiet

After your plan, I'll check in a couple of times at most. Reply "stop" to any email and that's the end of it.

What happens to your answers

We ask for your organization, role, size, what you pay Microsoft for, the jobs that eat your week, and how to reach you. We never ask for patient, case or incident details, passwords, or anything from inside your systems, and there is nowhere to upload a file.

Your answers are stored on ITMedic's own server and read by me and the agent team that drafts your plan. They aren't sold or shared, and they aren't used to train AI models.

We delete your answers and the drafts 90 days after your plan is sent, unless you become a client. Want them gone sooner? Email tgreen@itmedic.ai and we'll delete them within 30 days.

Three minutes now, a signed plan in your inbox.

Free, and the plan is yours whether or not we ever speak again.
