ITMedicYour Technology First Responders Planning for AI instead?
BetaYou're one of the first people to try this. Describe a real problem, then tell Ted what we got wrong.

Where does it hurt?

Tell us what's going wrong with technology at your organization, in your own words. We break it into Splinters, the specific problems underneath, and give you a treatment path in triage order, with a care report and checklists in Word you can keep today. Free.

A paramedic's first question works for IT too. Tell us where it hurts, and my team and I will show you what to treat first. Ted Green, ITMedic

What the kit holds

  1. IDENTIFYChecklist

Ten yes/no questions per path. Every “no” is a Splinter. Free, and in your care report today.

  2. RESPONDScript

A read-only scan of your Microsoft 365 tenant, run by ITMedic with your administrator's consent. It reads; it changes nothing.

  3. RESTORETemplate

The policy, runbook or standard you keep, with blanks only you can fill in.

  4. RESTOREAI prompt

A prompt for Copilot Chat in your own tenant that turns the template into your department's version.

Do you need access to our systems?

Not for any of this. The scripts in the full kit run only if you ask, with your administrator's consent, and they only read.

What happens to what I type?

Our AI agents look at your issue to give you a quick answer: they match what you describe to the Splinters in our libraries. We do not use your information to train our AI. When you download or copy a care report, ITMedic keeps a copy of that report (your Splinters, the one-line summary and the phrases it quotes) with its reference number. Your full description is kept only if you ask for the full kit. The page asks for no patient, case or personal details.

    Is this a sales pitch?

It's how we start every engagement. The checklists are yours either way, whether or not we ever speak.

    Is this compliance advice?

No. It points at where to look. Your counsel and your state's rules decide what you must do.
